Terrible customer service. I received the Rise Doorbell and wanted to return it for a refund, but despite contacting the seller three times since last Tuesday, I have received no response. I have been unable to get the return address or any return instructions, making it impossible to complete the return process. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I would not recommend this seller.
